Operations Manager [UAE]

What You'll Focus On

• Ensure continuity of the Locad business with 3PL partners, by ensuring execution of all warehouse and transportation operations.
• Ensure warehouse and final mile delivery SLAs are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with all process and quality standards, minimising error and quality rates to SLA.
• Procurement of new warehouse and final mile delivery partners. Including rate negotiation and contracting.
• Manage relationships with both internal and external key operational stakeholders as the country operations business partner.
• Manage all operational costs to budget and mitigate any overspend. Identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and increase efficiency.
• Ensure zero cost leakage from warehouse and transportation operations.
• Oversee operational claims processing.
• Manage warehouse inventory accuracy.
• Validate vendor billing compliance and payments, ensuring fair and accurate charging of services from all parties.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute cost-saving or product improvement projects.
• Manage a team of warehouse and transportation executives and associates to achieve business operational goals and targets.
• Support on-site teams as required.
• Support on-site during peak campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure delivery of peak campaign operations
• Key POC for all things operations in the country
  
  

What You Bring

• Warehouse operational experience at a manager level
• 3PL/E-commerce operations management
• People management and building high-performing teams and relationships
• Logical thinking and ability to manage big data and present to internal key stakeholders
• A strong character who can effectively manage highly experienced warehouse partners
• Warehouse management systems experience and knowledge of modern e-commerce order flow.
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Arabic is a plus
