We have an opportunity for a Field Service Engineer-II tojoin us at Honeywell, in Cairo, where you will be responsible for performingmaintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning,upgrades, and migration of complex and advanced Honeywell control systems(EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000) and , Safety Systems (FSC/SM). Your time will bespent validating customer requests, developing/maintaining/improving customerrelationships, upgrades/migration planning and execution, all while ensuringRight and Fast Delivery.

Out of country travel may be required to meet ad hoc needs,and frequent travel out of office (or Home) is part of job requirement toattend customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the LSS (Life Cycle Service & Support) business and drive the Services business growth and profitability with customer satisfaction and safety record
  • System upgrades and modifications (Installation/configuration/implementation & commissioning) of Honeywell's product range including Industrial control & safety systems, 3rd party DCS Systems or SCADA products to meet customer specifications
  • Maintain the customer equipment to the required standard regularly performs preventive maintenance and promptly intervene on maintenance needs.
  • System diagnosis: Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software.
  • Knows customer's site and contacts and uses Honeywell support network to provide excellent service and quality to customer and focuses on customer growth and development.


We Value

  • Minimum 6 years of total experience with Control systems including 4 years of experience with Honeywell control systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC3000) and , Safety Systems (FSC/SM), Hardware & Software.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience within service engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from reputable university (The following departments are preferred: Electronics and
  • Communication , and Electrical Power. Good communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good command of English language (spoken - written - technical reporting )
  • Good communication and personal skills.
