Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our fit-out company. The successful candidate will manage the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services needed for our fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure the quality of materials and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
  • Place and track orders for materials and services. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock. Manage procurement to balance cost and availability.
  • Work with project managers to align procurement with project budgets and timelines. Monitor spending and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities. Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure that procured materials and services meet company standards and project specifications. Address any issues with suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the fit-out, construction, or interior design industries.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
  • Understanding of fit-out materials and services, including construction and interior design elements.
  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and cost management.
  • Awareness of relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
