Supply Chain Management: oversee inventory management, adequate stock levels timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.
Logistics and Fulfillment: manage logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Optimize delivery process to minimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience: Lead efforts to enhance the online shopping experience, including order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer service.
Quality Control: establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest product and service quality standards.
Technology and Systems: Identify and implement technology solutions and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology solutions and e-commerce platforms to improve operational capabilities and drive automation and innovation.
Cost Management: develop and manage the operations budget, optimizing resource allocation to achieve cost savings. Monitor and control operational expenses.
Risk Management: identify and mitigate operational risks and challenges by implementing contingency plans for business continuity.
Performance Analysis: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in e-commerce operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
15+ years of progressive operations management experience in e-commerce/Retail/FMCG or a related industry with 5-6 years in leadership role.
Lean Six Sigma (black belt) will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and operational software tools
Quality control and process improvement expertise
Project management or LEAN Sis Sigma will be advantageous.
Technology and systems integration experience.
