The Musco International Sales Team is searching for a Senior Sales Representative to operate in our Dubai region, involving travel to different cities as required. The role involves implementing and overseeing a sales strategy for a specified territory, aiming to surpass sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include contract management, fostering relationships, and exploring new markets.   • Development strong communication networks and relationships with key contractors, specifiers, and end-users in the marketplace.
  • Conduct product and service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our offerings, utilizing the tools available (sales presentations, meetings, field visits and tradeshows).
  • Assess customer's lighting needs and determine which Musco products and services best suit their needs.
  • Prepare budget estimates / quotes for customers' lighting needs using the pricing tools.
  • Identify / define key relationships and decision makers to maximize Musco's position on projects.
  • Work in a team environment to analyze the project from a sales, business, and engineering perspective.
  • Participate in field work required (measuring / assessing fields, confirming pole locations, assisting at installations, night light tests, trouble-shooting and warranty inspections).
  • Ensure that pertinent project information and documentation in sales database is maintained accurately and up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales coordinator to monitor needs / concerns within the territory and for allocation of resource purposes.
  • Participate in corporate meetings / conference calls as necessary.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate prices and agreements including credit terms and collection timeline.
  • Manage Musco's sales-productivity software tools to effectively communicate and track project activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
