Job Summary

The Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling office administration.


Location:

  • Mokattam, Cairo, Egypt.


Responsibilities

  • Correspondence Management: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and faxes.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Telephone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed.
  • Office Administration: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Data Management: Accurately input data and maintain organized records.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in supporting sales and marketing activities as required.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents for smooth operations.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare trade documents such as invoices and shipping documents.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of trade processes (preferred).
