Job Summary
The Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and handling office administration.

Responsibilities
- Correspondence Management: Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and faxes.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Telephone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as needed.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Data Management: Accurately input data and maintain organized records.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in supporting sales and marketing activities as required.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and shipping agents for smooth operations.
- Document Preparation: Prepare trade documents such as invoices and shipping documents.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Basic understanding of trade processes (preferred).
