TERMS: REMOTE WORK!
Responsibilities:
- Must have! Understand, review, and revise Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFTs) and Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFEs).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in web3 and blockchain technology.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling any legal issues that arise.
- Solid background in contract law, preferably with exposure to web3 and blockchain projects.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Law or Law studies.
