Supply Chain Analytics and Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SC analytics and systems specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for automating extracting insights from SC data using data solutions that provide insight into the performance of the organization and advance business performance for the Supply Chain organization and broader cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate should have full-stack technical proficiency in SQL, C#, major visualization tools (Tableau/Qlik), Agile toolset; and have proven E2E experience delivering solutions to the business – starting from demand generation, through development, to training and implementation. They should also have a good understanding of algorithms and data structures, experience working with Agile methodology, and have experience with analytics in a multinational company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain analytical solutions using C#, SQL
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for dashboards and reports
  • Design and develop dashboards, reports, and other visualizations to effectively communicate data insights
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models using data mining techniques
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security in all analytical products
  • Provide training and support to end-users for the full cycle of analytical product deployment
  • Work in an Agile environment (Confluence, Bitbucket, and JIRA)
  • Continuously improve the performance of existing analytical products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to business intelligence and data analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or Supply Chain
  • Proficient in SQL and Object-oriented languages (C# preferred)
  • Experienced with Agile toolset (Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA)
  • Firsthand experience delivering analytical products full cycle - from demand generation to trainings and presentation
  • Knowledge of forecasting model and data mining techniques
  • Experience communicating with commercial team is a plus,
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with medical device industry is a plus
