Production Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality furniture

Job Description

• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done safely and efficiently.
• Working in collaboration with the technical office to ensure everything goes well.
•  Develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
•  Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account and minimize the carbon footprint.
•  Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.
•  Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
•  Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
•  Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
•  Obtaining any materials and equipment required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering is a must.
•   +5 years of experience as a production engineer in furniture factories/woodwork industry.
•   Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and cut optimizer or any relevant software.
•   Microsoft office excellence
•   Microsoft project management skills is a plus
