Role Purpose

The Social Media Executive is responsible to manage multiple social media channels, campaigns, and co-ordinate with team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. He/ she is liable to researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. As well as, working with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels and connected offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple company social media accounts management.
  • Develop engage, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Co-ordinate with our social media and marketing team members, including creative designers and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
  • Audit and analyses social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns.
  • Coordinates social media messaging with marketing departments and brand managers to identify and reach quarterly or seasonal company goals.
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, e-commerce, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing).
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to act, turning fans into customers and customers into advocates.
  • Community management.
  • Monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Qualifications

  • 3 years plus of social media and content creation.
  • Retail and fashion background is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Reliable, dynamic and eager to learn.
  • Fluency in English – Arabic is a must.
