we are looking for a program director with strong expertise in handling software development projects, more details are as follows:

Key requirements.

• Managed a number of software development projects.
• Managing Fixed-price complex program, with multiple parallel integrated streams of work.
• Strong stakeholder management skills including customer IT and Business teams,
• Well-versed with Agile/SAFe program management and understanding of Delivery and Product organization.
• Able to work with Global teams primarily based in India, and customer teams at onsite in Dubai
• Understanding of Financials, how to manage the project revenues and margins
• Understanding the KPIs at a program level and reporting them to multiple stakeholders
• Understanding of delivery milestone-based programs, and how the how the teams can meet the Acceptance criteria
• Well- versed with Change Management process, and driving the Change Management Board

• Looking for candidates who have managed programs on Scaled Agile models
• Managed multi located teams
• SAFE certified or trained
