Job Brief /Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital and integrated marketing campaigns support of the existing marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns in alignment with business goals and the approved marketing strategy. Oversee the development of campaigns assets including emails, social media frames, & digital ads to build up reach, awareness, engagement and conversions. Adhering to and enforcing brand guidelines for use in all communications across the businesses and wider group.
Planning & Execution: Ensure flawless and timely execution of programs and creative assets in alignment with Head of Marketing and Communications through strong project coordination, planning and briefing. Support campaign development and management against established goals with internal teams and/or agencies.
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and optimise marketing campaigns and programs alongside Head of Marketing. Effective use of all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, whatsapp business, influencer marketing, market place, affiliate marketing, copy writing, key words, hashtags, partnerships, sponsorships, and events (online and offline).
Digital & Social media: Maintain group s websites updated using the CMS available and/or liaise with the webmaster to maintain them. Optimize contents for the websites and social media platforms, using suitable key words, # and tagging. Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc. Monitor Google Analytics. Explore new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.
Market Research & Insight: Gather customer and market trends & insights to make decisions. Develop / optimize ad campaigns and social media contents. Track market intelligence, data and all digital metrics. Develop clear, concise, and inspiring briefs: media plans; ad campaign; social media creatives (images; animations; videos).
Budget & ROI: Budgeting, allocate marketing investments. Develop advertising strategies and action plans in support of the approved annual marketing plan and the approved tactical programs. Implement the budget allocation to maximize ROI across all initiatives.
Qualifications:
8 years of experience in marketing & digital marketing, preferably in FMCG and/or Real estate industries.
Master’s degree in business with a Marketing major in addition to a digital marketing certification or degree from an accredited and reputable organisation.
A highly motivated and creative individual with an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial attitude, adaptable & multitasker.
Should be strategic thinker, have managerial experience, including working with designers.
Experience in developing digital media plans and budgets, lead campaigns and sustenance campaigns.
Experience in management of social media calendar, Copywriting, email marketing, digital merchandising, affiliate marketing, SEO (online and offline) and paid Social Advertising.

7. Canvas/Adobe Acrobat
Arabic speaker with European / Canadian education and/or experience is an added advantage.
Excellent organisational, project management, proof reading skills.
Should be ready to stretch and work to meet timelines if required.
