Job Description
- To improve the decision-making process, by coordinating the efforts of the local Sales Excellence team on providing information, robust analysis, and fast solutions to market-related issues.
- Conduct projects in your area of expertise (related to go to markets activities), rethinking existing methods and standards.
- Analyze data / information preparing studies that support decision making.
- Targets deployments.
- Productivity reports and strategy support
- Work on commercial target deployments ensuring the business direction, business growth
- Work on the productivity reports such as coverage, items, strike rate
- Ensure our routines are in place by preparing all the materials on time, supporting commercial teams with insights and management in decision making process.
- Increase SE internal productivity by providing more efficient and values reports.
- Develop new tools to track the business.
Academic Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
