Job Description• Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, training and ensuring the availability of resources.• Collaborate with warehouse and other intimate departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.• Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and presentations.• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.• Develop and implement tools to maintain service quality level in fulfilling customer requirement. • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.• Review logistics performance with customers against targets, KPI’s and service agreements.• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.• Negotiate and manage contracts process and close agreements to maximize profits.• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.• Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education• Bachelor's Degree Holder ( Business Administration or Logistics & Supply Chain )• 5-7 Years Experience in Customer Service Management Role And Commercial exposure• Fluent English & Arabic Language• Excellent Communication Skills• Excellent Problem Solving Skills• Eager to Learn• Team Player• Customer Oriented
