Key Accountabilities

What you will do:

  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating systems and rosters, and assisting with follow-up communications.
  • Data Entry & Analysis: Supporting whole sales team to record the major database for customer & country visits, partner-based turnover and payment tracking, master partner & customer data, KPI status of partners. And supporting to analyze the recorded data and present to management.
  • Market Research: Conduct country-based research to understand countries’ economies, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Summarize findings and present insights to the related country managers and whole sales team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales reports, and preparing presentations. Optimization of various service process flow. Documents administration and classification on the network file storage system.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.
  • Participation in the possible projects of other departments.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Higher education / incomplete higher education - pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, last year student
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload in a busy environment
