Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively build and nurture tenant relationships through regular communication and engagement.
  • Develop and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Regularly track and analyze customer satisfaction and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Engage in regular dialogue with other departments in the market, such as facility management and auto market, to meet key customer needs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for management.
  • Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor key account activities to ensure compliance with company policies and contractual agreements.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key account interactions and transactions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Ensure all key customer support activities align with the company’s overall business objectives and strategies.
