As a Warranty Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing warranty claims within our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring that warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate warranty claims submitted by customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary information for claims processing
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to warranty claims
- Maintain and update warranty claim records in our database
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement improvements in the warranty claims process
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures
- Provide timely and accurate reports on warranty claim trends and performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven experience in warranty management or a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of warranty laws and regulations is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
