• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and departments.
• Ensure and develop project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and reports.
• Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and monitor the progress of strategic projects, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
• Set priorities, assess work processes, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure and Develop standardized criteria and methodologies for project management.
• Ensure adherence to established project management practices across the organization and sectors.
• Promote a project management culture within the organization, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to project success.
  
  

Conduct training sessions for project stakeholders on effective project management methodologies.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development within the organization.
• Overseas with other departments, such as finance, procurement, and IT, to ensure that all projects are delivered with good quality, on time and within budget, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives .
• Ensure All KHDA Projects are Aligned with the Dubai Emirate: Assuring that all projects align with the broader objectives of the Dubai emirate.
• Ensure Stakeholder Satisfaction Regarding the Projects: Incorporating details about managing and ensuring satisfaction among stakeholders.
• Ensure Strategic Alignment with KPIs: Aligning project strategies with key performance indicators for optimal performance Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for projects, assessing their potential impact and benefits.
• Ensure and Develop project budgets, track project expenses, and ensure adherence to financial constraints
• Identify and manage project financial risks that may have financial implications, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Monitor project financial performance and make recommendations for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure effective financial control and accountability for project expenditures and financial outcomes.
• Overseas with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning for projects
• Optimize resource allocation for projects to ensure efficiency and cost - effectiveness.

Qualifications

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in successfully aligning and implementing strategic projects within a large organization.
  
  

▪ Experience in overseeing project portfolios and evaluating their impact on organizational goals.

▪ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
