Recruiter

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment& Talent Acquisition Specialist at REI Call Center.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• C1 English speaker.
• Recruiting experience
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the real estate or solar industries is a plus
• Experience in Cold Calling or Customer Support is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Calendar and Google Meet.
• Must have your own laptop and a reliable home internet connection.

Work Details:

• Working remotely from home
• 5 working days (Monday - Friday), 8 working hours.
• 2 fixed days off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Fixed Night shift from 4 PM - 12 AM (EGP time).
