• Contribute to the strategic planning of KHDA collaborative initiatives
• Define project structure and get resources assigned
• Manage operational processes and deliverable for all strategic projects
• Identify areas for growth and development
• Ensure quality standards are applied throughout and ensuring achievements of key performance indicators
• Setting high standards for deliverables and developing contingency plans when required

Crucial for managing projects and achieving strategic deliverables for KHDA’s What Works initiative, this role ensures effective leadership, strategic planning, and clear execution to share best practices among Dubai’s private schools. Without this position, projects may lack direction, resulting in ineffective implementation, missed opportunities, and reduced impact on educational outcomes and organizational goals.
