Project Lead

GAF Design Studio is looking for a "Project Lead" to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to plans, safety standards, and quality requirements. Manage daily operations and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams for efficient project execution.
• Lead and support a team of site engineers, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. Conduct regular meetings to address issues and keep projects aligned with goals
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project requirements and resolve site issues. Ensure effective communication to prevent delays.
• Oversee site budgets, track expenditures, and prepare cost reports. Identify and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, addressing delays and coordinating with teams to keep projects on track.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 Years of Experience
• Proficient in using construction and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
• Ability to lead and motivate site engineers, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating site activities to ensure project success.
• Strong verbal and written skills for effective interaction with contractors, clients, and team members.
• Capable of identifying and resolving site issues promptly and making informed decisions.
• Knowledgeable in quality control procedures and safety regulations to ensure standards are met and maintained.
