A leading technology company is actively hiring an IT Help Desk Support for their Abu Dhabi office.


To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire 100% nationals from the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:


  • Coordinate day-to-day IT support/helpdesk issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Analyse client requirements and escalate issues to appropriate resources as required.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Provide support for technical issues via phone, email, or in person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Develop relationships with clients and key business stakeholders
  • Stay updated with system information, changes, and updates.


To be successful you will need to meet the following:


  • To comply with Emiratisation, our client is required to hire 100% nationals from the UAE.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role within the Technology Industry.
  • Previous experience providing customer support.
  • Experience with help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools. IBM Resilient is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and all operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
