As a Hotel Host - Food & Beverage, you’ll be the heart and soul of our service team. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with our guests, making them feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

  • Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
  • Take the time to understand each guest’s preferences and dietary needs and offer recommendations that cater to their tastes and interests.
  • Serve food and beverages with a caring touch, ensuring every dish is presented at its best and every interaction is engaging.
  • Address any guest concerns or issues with empathy and creativity.
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow waiters to ensure smooth service and a harmonious atmosphere.
  • Stay curious and open to learning new techniques and approaches to service and bring your own innovative ideas to the table.

  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Passion for Service
  • Warm and approachable with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • An ability to work collaboratively with others while also being independent when needed.
  • A flexible approach to handling a variety of tasks and adapting to different guest needs.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re more interested in your enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
