Position Overview
KU is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to work on the design and advanced manufacturing of vision-based tactile sensors (VBTS). This includes research into the material and manufacturing process of the gel, the mechanism of roller-based VBTS, and the optics of VBTS.

Position Requirements
· 3D modeling software like SolidWorks
· Capable of 3D printing and CNC milling
· Capable of modeling and designing optical apparatus for VBTS
· Adhere to the University's information security and confidentiality policies and procedures, and report breaches or other security risks accordingly
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
