Purpose of the Job:
Gain new customers and identify growth potential and reach revenues to ensure company targets are achieved
Job Description:
• Develop and maintain an effective relationship with customers
• Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations to capitalize on growth
• Constantly create revenue generating channels from cross selling and upselling streams
• Manage and improve customer retention and ensure full client potential is met
• Ensure utilizing technology solutions to enhance performance and customer experience
• Prospect and qualify opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Maintain the relationship with newly on boarded customers
• Handle any escalations and make sure they are properly closed
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with company data security policies
• Coordinate with the product managers to get the best rates
• Prepare proposal and quotations to customers
• Update CRM system regularly and accurately with all sales activities
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system
• Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time
• Generate sales leads and acquire new customers
• Generate revenue from cross selling to newly on boarded customers
• Achieve product target breakdown
• Monitor production reports and deal with leakage from newly on boarded customers
• Ensure sales pipeline KPIs are met
• Negotiate credit terms with the customers
• Assist the collection team to resolve customer overdue collections and problematic cases
