Airside Innovations Project Manager

Job Description Summary The Airside Innovations Project Manager will support the Airside Innovation Team leader and wider team with exceptional project management in the development of groundbreaking cleaning, inspection, and repair technologies. They will focus on business development, customer engagement, and agile practices to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions within the GE/CFM MRO network and to airline customers.

The Airside Innovations Project Manager will provide vital project management and administrative support, coordinating the logistics of Sprints and Journeys, recording and capturing valuable learnings and insights throughout the process, and assisting in executing key activities. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams to align business cases with strategic objectives, manage project timelines, and budget.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, emphasizing agile methods and quality.
• Drive customer-centric innovation and market research to guide product enhancements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to align products with market needs and business goals.
• Apply industry insights and data analysis to position products and inform strategy.
• Support team in the use of digital Tools and data recording /crunching
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in aviation product management, maintenance services, or equivalent.
• Experience in leading innovative product development with a focus on agile and customer-centric methods
