- Identifying and recommending additional banking products and services to meet customer needs, while adhering to ethical sales practices.
- Maintaining accurate and complete customer records by bank policies and procedures.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel for further assistance.
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous working experience, in the field of customer service to be able to fulfill all the tasks flawlessly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts to customers in a patient and friendly manner.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Active listening skills, allow you to understand customer needs and concerns effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bank-specific software.
