At Aurora Aviation, we seek a motivated and experienced Office-manager/ Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a colleague who is flexible with working hours and is a hard worker.
Key Skills:
Providing front office and administrative support in order to ensure that team is working effectively and hassle-free. Deliver excellent customer service by contributing to the company’s values. (Russian speaking candidates are encouraged to apply))
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Provide general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying
- Book meeting rooms and provide timely agendas
- Organize courier services
- Maintain office documents and registers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Job Requirements
- Russian language will be an advantage.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager/ Receptionist in Dubai min 1-2 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to details, accuracy
- Customer oriented
- Bachelor's degree in related field
