At Aurora Aviation, we seek a motivated and experienced Office-manager/ Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a colleague who is flexible with working hours and is a hard worker.

Key Skills:

Providing front office and administrative support in order to ensure that team is working effectively and hassle-free. Deliver excellent customer service by contributing to the company’s values. (Russian speaking candidates are encouraged to apply))

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Provide general administrative and clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, mailing, filing and photocopying
  • Book meeting rooms and provide timely agendas
  • Organize courier services
  • Maintain office documents and registers
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment


Job Requirements

  • Russian language will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager/ Receptionist in Dubai min 1-2 years
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to details, accuracy
  • Customer oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
