Key Responsibilities:

Manage all financial transactions at the golf club, including receiving payments for services, retail purchases, and memberships.
Process credit card, cash, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliation, and end-of-day reports.
Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting guests with inquiries about the golf club, its services, and facilities.
Work closely with the other staff to ensure smooth operation of events, tee times, and facility bookings.
Handle point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
Manage the proper distribution and allocation of service charges and tips.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and area.
Assist in handling customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner.
Assist with inventory control for merchandise and goods sold at the golf club's pro shop or retail area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience from entrance to departure.

Qualifications:

Prior cashier or customer service experience (experience in the hospitality, sports, or entertainment industries is a plus).
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
