Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and maintaining office systems to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires a proactive, organized, and resourceful individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
● Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
● Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
● Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination among departments, ensuring that office activities run smoothly.
● Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.
● Budget Management: Assist in managing the office budget, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.
● Event Planning: Organize office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications:
