We are looking for a Creative Account Manager to join our dynamic Digital Production team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between our creative team and key stakeholders, ensuring that all creative deliverables align with business objectives. You will be responsible for understanding stakeholder needs, identifying growth opportunities, and managing the end-to-end creative process to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and developing effective creative solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and fostering client loyalty.
- Project Briefing: Handle all stakeholder requests, ensuring briefs are completed with all necessary information, including requirements, objectives, references, and expectations. Develop comprehensive project briefs and communicate these to the creative team effectively.
- Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all stakeholder projects using project management tools, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with stakeholders expectations.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide creative solutions to stakeholders promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Data Management: Ensure all stakeholder and project data is organized and stored systematically for easy access and future reference.
- Process Development: Support the Creative Director in developing and implementing policies, workflows, and processes to enhance team efficiency and output quality.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on project status, stakeholder feedback, and team performance to the Creative Director and company management, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a creative account management or similar role within a digital production environment.
- Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong ability to understand and translate stakeholder needs into actionable creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Competency in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in using creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
