  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, mobility and relocation, HR, or a related field, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, marketing, management, or a similar area.
  • A person with local experience, capable of providing accurate advice to our clients.



Key responsibilities:

Our operations department is the backbone of our business, ensuring we deliver top-notch services to our consultants, clients, partners, and suppliers. Your daily tasks will include:


  • Onboarding and offboarding consultants.
  • Coordinating and following up on high volumes of visa processes, travel arrangements, insurance, and documentation.
  • Booking transportation, hotels, photographers, and other services as needed.
  • Providing essential information and support to consultants before and during their employment.
  • Occasionally working from the client's office.
  • Independently arranging and conducting orientation tours for new employees.
  • Assisting with housing and schooling services as needed.
  • Keeping our systems updated with the latest operational information.
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements.
  • Contributing to MDE's branding efforts on social media, our website, brochures, and during client interactions.
