As a Service Center Staff member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and proper documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service center
  • Liaise with other departments to provide comprehensive support to clients
  • Process and file paperwork, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain financial records

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
