The Role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for all enquires in the Sharjah office and will be responsible for assisting the incoming tenants and to provide professional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver leasing administrative service in order to support the property management team.
  • Making sure customers & tenants’ satisfaction is met.
  • Assist the Property Management team in the renewal process and collection of payment.
  • Updating the system, preparing documentation for tenants and scanning
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office in a professional manner.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails in a timely and efficient manner always maintaining confidentiality.
  • Responsible for logging information of the tenant’s renewals /New lettings /short term leases onto the Tramps System.
  • Escalating complaints when necessary.
  • Preparing documentations for scanning into the archive folders
  • Arranging deliveries of tenancy contracts to buildings weekly
  • Assist in tenant communication and tenant services on a daily basis.
  • To refine and develop admin processes in the office for more organised record keeping.
  • Following up pending payments, documents etc.
  • Coordinating with Property managers on a day to day basis
  • Coordinating with finance team for any financial dispute of tenants.
  • Coordinating with the PRO to ensure that the contracts are attested with the Sharjah Municipality

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • At least two years’ experience in a similar administrative/customer service-based post.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and colleagues.
