The British International School Abu Dhabi is looking to appoint an outstanding IT Technician to join a well-established, supportive team in a highly successful and expanding school.

About The Role
As IT Technician you will support the organisation and deliver a high level of technicial support to BISAD staff and students.
Main Duties Will Include
- Investigate and resolve technical issues with BISAD computers
- Perform ongoing maintenance on BISAD's IT equipment
- Provide technical assistance with IWBs, projectors, printers, photocopiers, phones and other peripheral devices
- Ensure the security of all ICT assets
- Use the IT helpdesk to prioritise and track support requests
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support and helpdesk support systems - Essential
- Degree level education in relevant discipline - Preferable
- A good understanding of Office 365 suites - Essential
- High levels of personal integrity
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ideally the candidate will already be living in Abu Dhabi
