Job Description

Key Responsibilities of the role Corresponding Key Activities performed by the role

Branding Consistency Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the organization’s branding guidelines, maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all digital platforms.

Campaign Development Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to achieve specific business objectives.

Content Creation Develop, produce, and edit multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and podcasts, to support marketing, communications, and branding strategies.

Video Production Plan, shoot, and edit videos for a variety of purposes, such as promotional campaigns, social media content, training materials, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

Complying with Policies, Procedures and Practices of the SEHA Corporate and other regulatory requirements

  • Complying consistently with policies, procedures and practices and ensuring alignment with SEHA corporate policies
  • Completing and maintaining regulatory requirements including: licensure and certification and other mandatory training within established time frames

Maintaining Confidentiality

  • Maintaining confidentiality with regards to any information exchanged or received in the current capacity of role in accordance with SEHA corporate policies

Promoting Customer Service standards

  • Assuming the role of a brand ambassador for SEHA and promoting a customer focused philosophy in dealing with any stakeholders
  • Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/division and also with other departments/sections within SEHA
  • Performing any other duties as may be assigned relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications or other relevant fields
