The KPI Institute is a research institute specialised in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services, and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.
The KPI Institute is in the process of establishing different business units ranging from SaaS, Life Management Institute, Digital Agency, etc. We are transformed as a fast growing ecosystem providing various services for different segments of customers
Your main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate meetings between different individuals across various entities, ensuring schedules align and meetings are set up smoothly
- Act as a liaison between departments by facilitating clear communication and ensuring timely updates on ongoing projects or initiatives, keeping everyone informed and aligned
- Assist in project coordination by monitoring progress, maintaining project timelines, and helping allocate tasks as needed to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on course
- Manage document and data organization, ensuring important files are properly stored, easily accessible, and shared with the appropriate stakeholders as required
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and procedures, supporting the team in following established workflows and maintaining compliance with internal guidelines
We expect you to:
- 1+ years in an operational coordinator or project management role
- Experience supporting complex initiatives across functions
- Data Analysis: Generating operational reports and analytics
- Tools literacy: MS Office, PM software ( Asana)
- Project Management: Scheduling, budgeting, resource planning
- Soft skills - Communication in English, organization, collaboration, problem solving, adaptability
