Redian Software is looking for a business development representative in Cairo, Exypt to work with us in North Africa market and help us in business development activities in the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and business development, and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North Africa to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies tailored to the North African market.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Redian Software’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to help inform business strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the North African market, including key players, market trends, and business practices.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage sales processes.
Requirements

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
