Redian Software is looking for a business development representative in Cairo, Exypt to work with us in North Africa market and help us in business development activities in the region. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and business development, and a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in North Africa to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies tailored to the North African market.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Redian Software’s products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to help inform business strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the North African market, including key players, market trends, and business practices.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to track and manage sales processes.

Requirements

  • Sales Skills: Strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Presentation: Proficient in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of software solutions and the ability to discuss technical aspects in a clear and client-friendly manner.
