The Company is a leading shipping and logistics firm

Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations for land freight shipments, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all operational processes adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized records of shipments, quotations, and customer interactions.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:


  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in managing land freight shipments from start to finish.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in the shipping and logistics industry in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with local and international regulations.
