Job Responsibilities :
The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will play a critical role in the company’s growth by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build & maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job opening
- Conduct initial candidate, interviews, candidate assessment & feedback, as well as extending job offers and managing offer negotiation
- Utilize talent databases and applicant tracking systems to manage and organize candidate information
Job Requirement
- 2+years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (high volume hiring is a plus)
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
