Electoral Operations Supervisor
Location: Home Based
Skills: Reporting – Team KPI’s & SLA’s, Delegation and Workload Planning, Facilitate Internal Training, Proactive individual with excellent communication skills

We are looking to recruit an Electoral Operations Supervisor to join our Civica Xpress team. Working alongside our talented team this is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys getting things done.

The Electoral Operations Supervisor will oversee support and training activities, guiding team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance our processes continually.

Full training will be provided on the world of elections so previous Electoral experience is not essential.

 

Principal Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Performance Optimisation: Monitor metrics and customer feedback to implement strategies for improving team performance.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on team KPIs and SLAs to ensure targets are met.
  • Content Production: Assist teams in generating standard information for customer responses and training.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Electoral Consultant and Training team to facilitate internal training and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate workload and provide clear instruction and direction to the teams.
  • Communication: Conduct team meetings and catch-up calls, ensuring effective communication between SLT and team members.
  • Flexibility: Undertake any other duties as required.

 

Essential Competencies:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • Organisational Skills: Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights.
  • Planning: Proficiency in planning and managing team workloads.
  • Technical Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
