· Follow-up on the daily employee’s transportation method from/ to the site location
· Follow-up all related activities for time sheets and vacation for the staff.
· Follow up for the site’s stationary purchasing needs.
· Follow - up the periodical admin expenses in sites.
· Submit weekly reports directly to the direct manager regarding site admin activities.
· Follow-up the accommodations for sites.
· Implement the company’s policy and procedures.
· Making contracts for cars and rented premises
· Holding contracts of guardianship with suitable entities in the sites and following up their entitlements.
- Reports on monthly basis on the progress of his main activities.
