We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team at ROADWAY RESCUES LLC as Inbound Call Center Representatives. As an Inbound Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues or concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, product information, and support.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide customers with relevant information.

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • PC/Laptop i5 7th Gen going up
    • Internet (25 mbps both upload and download)
