This role is on a Freelancer Agreement, and requires the candidate to have their own visa/sponsorship.


This role involves:

  •  Providing backstage/sport teams/artist liaison management, administrative duties, planning, coordinating, and operationally assisting the HOD and assigned event managers during the events.
  • Maintaining communications with clients and stakeholders, ensuring all Backstage requests are implemented.
  • Arranging backstage room allocations, setup, signages, and rider requests.
  • Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless operation, such as facility management, F&B, production, marketing, and security.
  • Producing and sharing attendance demography, Sport’s teams and Artist profile with the wider CCA team.

You should have:

  • Qualifications: Hospitality / Event Management qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in backstage or event support roles
  • Experience in stage management or event coordination.

  • Current working knowledge of planning & managing medium to large scale events
  • Current knowledge of hospitality/events trends.
  • Excellent communication skills
