ECOLE DE LA RETOUCHE is new work-study program of CHANEL in Europe. Our goal is to prepare the new generation of tailors and to pass on experience and best practices in accordance with the CHANEL perfect fit vision.

This apprenticeship is not just about skill acquisition, it's a steppingstone to a prestigious career, supported by CHANEL's dedication to your personal and professional growth.

During this 2-year paid apprenticeship, you will follow the unique training program, receive direct guidance and mentoring from a high-class CHANEL tailor, and attend insightful workshops in France. Successful completion of the program creates the opportunity for you to join the local team as a Boutique Tailor.
