Synopsis

The Graphic Designer is an integral part of our in-house Creative Production agency, responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful graphics that resonate with our audience and elevate the airline's brand identity across various marketing channels.

This role ensures adherence to brand guidelines, delivery of high-quality graphics that effectively communicate key messages. They collaborate with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives, ensuring timely project delivery. Additionally, they drive continuous improvement in design processes to enhance the team’s effectiveness.


Accountabilities


  • Collaborate closely with other designers and managers to support the adaptation of graphics, enabling faster project turnaround times and facilitating in-house project completion without the reliance on external agencies, while ensuring consistency and visual appeal across various formats and platforms.
  • Management of graphic design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Lead the design and development of marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media assets, website visuals, and event graphics incorporating creativity while adhering to Etihad brand guidelines.
  • Drive innovation and creativity by staying up-to-date with design trends and techniques, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting tight deadlines.


Education & Experience


  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual representations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
