The HRIS is responsible for managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support HR functions and ensure the accuracy, security, and efficiency of employee data management. This role involves Payroll, Compensation, and personnel confidential data.
Job Responsibilities &Duties:
-Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS.
-Manage user access and permissions to ensure data security and confidentiality.
-Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
-Focusing on workday Payroll and advanced Compensation modules.
-Provide analytical support & collaborate with Talent Management team in certain functions.
-Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
Required skills and qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2 : 4 years of experience in the same role.
- Solid Knowledge of Power bi and Bite
-HRIS certification is preferred.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
