Are you an Emirati National and a dedicated professional seeking to make a difference? Join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi as a Document Controller! In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our Abu Dhabi office.

What you will be doing.

you will provide precise document control and administrative support for operational processes, manage inquiries, and handle project documentation. Your strong organizational skills will be essential for anticipating, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects in a dynamic, professional setting. for the following

  • Controlling and monitoring all project-related documents.
  • Handling and maintaining records of documents.
  • Set up job numbers and online folders.
  • Update job register & maintain records, as appropriate.
  • Printing & Scanning of all documents
  • Liaise with the UAE and regional administrative team and assist when required.
  • Preparing & amending reports and dispatching the same to clients.
  • Attending calls of reception if required
  • Assist in all admins-related work and other duties as assigned

The role is based in Abu Dhabi, in line with the local government requirements we can only consider applicants who are Emirati nationals.

What we are looking for.

As our Document Controller, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will excel in managing documentation with accuracy and efficiency.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or office environments.
  • Administrative professional with a solid educational background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong telephone manners and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Effective at all organizational levels, both independently and as a team player.
  • Proactive and insightful in approach.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Experience from the Offshore industry
