HR Admin Assistant (Temp)

Our client is an independent consultancy that specializes in providing Project and Cost Management services.

We are looking for an HR Admin Assistant (Temp) for a 3 to 4 months contract for a maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment processes including, prescreening CV and candidates, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks .
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker.
  • Maintain accurate update to date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Handle enquires from employees, such as providing salary certificate letters, salary transfer letters and experience letters
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training sessions.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 2 years of proven experience in the same field.
  • MS Office - Expert
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus


Location: Umm Ramool, Dubai

Work Timings: Monday to Friday | 8am to 5pm
