Overview

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's busy travel schedule, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from managing the CEO's calendar and booking travel arrangements to handling logistics and providing on-the-ground support during trips. The core working hours for this role are during and when the CEO travels outside Dubai, UAE. Reporting to the Personal Assistant of the CEO.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Travel Management:
    • Working closely with the Personal Assistant to ensure all travel requirements are met.
    • Manage the CEO's travel calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements, ensuring the best possible deals and itineraries.
    • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics and Support:
    • Research and prepare briefing materials for the CEO on upcoming destinations and meetings.
    • Arrange local transportation, visas, and other necessary documentation.
    • Book restaurants, entertainment, and other activities for the CEO during trips.
    • Handle expense reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication and Relationship Building:
    • Maintain effective communication with the CEO and other executives.
    • Liaise with local contacts and business partners.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
    • Draft and proofread correspondence.
    • Perform other administrative duties as required

  • Fluency in English is required, Spanish and additional languages a plus.
